Truth be told

I never thought I wanted a girl. I was never into dress up, barbies, or hair bows, no big dresses or pretty pictures. What was I going to do with a girl?

Then Kelsie came along, and while I do occasionally attempt to fix her hair,

and she's shown me how much fun it can be to play dress up every once in awhile,

more often than not, you'll find her in the middle of the fun. Whether it's the stream,

some fishing fun,

or covered head to toe in dirt (which happens 99.9% of the time we are outside) ever since this day when she discovered how grand it was. (Unfortunately I rarely get to document these moments mostly because whatever is around her will end up dirty too)

And I wouldn't have it any other way.
