Life's funny

Some things are funny right away:

I was trying to call my mom with my handsfree system in my car today which for some reason Kelsie has always felt the need to play the opposite game with. The conversation went something like this: (Me, Bluetooth, Kelsie)
"Call mom"
"Calling # is this correct?"
"No"
"Yes!"
"Call mom"
"Call dad"
"Would you like to call mom at work or mobile"
"Work"
"Call Daddy!"
"Calling mom work is this correct?"
"Yes"
"No!"
(Actually this was a little longer since the microphone kept picking up Kelsie's voice and confusing it even further)

Some things take a few minutes to be funny:

After getting to the park, I look over and Kelsie appears to be literally bathing in dirt. When she comes closer I notice her face is completely covered in dirt.

Some things are only funny to other people:

I just mopped. I thought Kelsie was playing with her magnet letters on the refrigerator. We had brought her bike in from the backyard so the dog wouldn't chew it. We were getting ready to bring it back in the front so she had brought it in the kitchen from the garage. I was picking up my shoe rack that Kelsie had knocked all over the closet when I heard something that made me realize she wasn't playing with magnets. Turns out, she had filled her bike seat compartment with mulch and handfuls of dirt at some point and was having a grand time emptying it all over the kitchen floor. When I got in there, the floor was covered and there was dust and dirt filling the air. Awesome.

Hmmm, there seems to be a dirt theme here. ;)

Haha! The Bluetooth part is the best!!! How boring our lives would be without our little ones. :)

That girl loves dirt! Maybe she will be a gardener.
